The bus usually leaves early in the morning so you can enjoy a full day on the slopes. You will receive the exact meeting point in San Sebastián when your booking is confirmed. Please arrive 20 minutes before departure.

You can book your place directly online through our website. We recommend booking at least a few days before departure. Places are limited, so don't leave it until the last minute, especially during weekends and school holidays!

Yes. The coach leaves Cauterets in the late afternoon, just after the slopes close. The exact return time will be confirmed by the driver or accompanying staff when you arrive at the ski area.

Our packages are designed to make things as easy as possible and generally include:

  • Round-trip travel by coach from your departure city.
  • A one-day ski pass for the Cauterets ski area (Le Lys).

Absolutely! Transporting your skis, snowboard, boots and poles is completely free of charge. Your equipment will be safely stored in the coach's luggage compartment during the journey.

Of course. You can add ski or snowboard equipment rental when booking on our website, or rent your equipment from one of our partner shops in Cauterets when you get off the bus.

The Skibus operates as normal as long as the roads are safe to travel on and the ski area remains open. In the event of force majeure or a full closure of Cauterets due to extreme weather conditions, we will let you know as soon as possible and your trip will either be rescheduled or refunded.

Eating is not allowed during the journey.

You can, however, bring a picnic for the day or enjoy the food options available at Cirque du Lys.
