Cauterets is not one but two ski areas. One, the Cirque de Lys, has a particularly high level of natural snow cover, thanks in particular to its particularly favourable exposure.

The resort has 36 km of slopes that extend over more than 700 hectares between the arrival station and the top of the Breche chairlift, the highest point of the resort at an altitude of more than 2415 m.

At the foot of the Cirque du Lys, beginners will be able to evolve in a vast area entirely dedicated to them. This area has a soft profile and is served by carpets.

Fans of sharp slopes will have a choice between red and two black slopes or the Cirque du Lys Freestyle Park, an area specially dedicated to freestylers where they can try out different custom modules.

The Pont d’Espagne domain is dedicated to Nordic activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc., all in a wild and preserved park.
