Opening hours (outside school holidays)
At the resort, at the foot of the slopes, our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm, non-stop. Open on Saturdays as well.
Opening hours (during school holidays)
In the village of Luz, opposite the Tourist Office, our office is open during school holidays from 5pm to 7pm.
Meeting points
Meet in the Aulian sector of Luz Ardiden resort, next to the ski pass office and the Pourteres drag lift. All ski lessons start here. The meeting point is also close to the ESF office, in the main base area by the Les Barbioules chairlift.

Luz Ardiden is a truly family-friendly ski resort, making it an ideal place for beginners. The Aulian sector, with its gentle green slopes (Oursons, Turon, Piou Piou and Baby), is perfect for taking your first turns in complete safety. As you build confidence and technique, you can progress to the Béderet sector and eventually enjoy the long blue run La Belle Bleue.
The meeting point is located in the Aulian sector of the Luz resort, right next to the ski pass office and close to the departure point of the Pourteres drag lift. All ski lessons start here. It is also conveniently located near the ESF office.
