Season Pass Insurance

The “ASSUR’GLISSE SAISON/ANNUEL PREMIUM” insurance is designed to cover the insured in the event of mountain search costs, rescue expenses, and initial medical transport, as well as medical repatriation following a ski or snow sports accident or death occurring during a stay at a resort. It also provides reimbursement for certain costs resulting from a covered event occurring during the insured’s stay at the resort.
Repatriation assistance in Europe in the event of accident or death
Transport / repatriation / repatriation of remains: up to €1,525 per insured person
Additional reimbursement of medical expenses following a ski accident
Up to €1,500 per person / €30 excess
Reimbursement of mountain search costs, rescue expenses, and initial medical transport
Capped at €15,245. Also capped at €15,245 if the accident occurs in a neighboring country. Covered from the first euro if the accident occurs in France (no upfront payment required)
Reimbursement of sports or leisure bookings, ski lift passes, and seasonal or annual ski/snowboard lessons (including “loss or theft of lift pass” coverage)
Pro rata reimbursement for unused days in the event of a covered accident. Up to €20 per person per insurance period for loss/theft. 50% reimbursement of the pass if more than 50% of the ski area is closed for 1 consecutive month
Cancellation
Up to €1,200 per insured family per claim
Damage that the insured
may cause to members of their family, i.e. ascendants, descendants, and relatives up to the second degree, as well as any person included in the same travel contract as the insured
Damage caused to animals
or damage to items belonging to the insured or that are rented, borrowed, or entrusted to them
Fines
and any financial penalties imposed as sanctions that do not constitute direct compensation for bodily injury or material damage and/or are not directly and immediately related
Liability incurred by the insured
as a result of fire, explosion, implosion, or water damage
Any consequences, after-effects, complications, or worsening of an illness
or bodily injury that were identified before booking the insured service
Damage of any kind
that is decided, caused, or deliberately provoked by the insured or with their complicity, or resulting from gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or fraud by the insured (Article L113-1, paragraph 2 of the Insurance Code), except in cases of self-defense or assisting a person in danger
Criminal convictions of the insured
Suicide or attempted suicide of the insured
Damage resulting from the consumption of alcohol by the insured
and/or the use of drugs, medication, or substances listed in the Public Health Code that are not medically prescribed
Criminal convictions of the insured
Pregnant women must consult a doctor before planning a stay at a resort and obtain a medical examination no more than 48 hours before departure
Minors must carry valid identification documents
