Partial closure for works

The Grand Tourmalet is preparing for the future! To better serve you, we are undertaking major works to replace the Tournaboup chairlift with a brand new gondola. This will greatly facilitate access to the Laquette plateau, including for pedestrians.

To ensure the smooth progress of this exciting project, some schedule adjustments are to be expected:

• This winter: the Tournaboup sector (Barèges side) and the La Laquette restaurant will close a little earlier, on Sunday evening, March 29. Rest assured, the rest of the ski area will remain fully open until April 6!
• A special rate: to compensate for this partial closure at the end of the season, a special lift pass rate will be offered (we will provide details very soon).
• This summer 2026: due to the construction work, the Grand Tourmalet Bike Park and the La Laquette restaurant will be exceptionally closed during the summer season.
