Our lockers are equipped with built-in heated drying racks. As soon as you place your ski boots or gloves inside, the warm-air ventilation system switches on, so you can start your morning with warm, completely dry gear.
When you make your booking, you will receive your locker number. If you have trouble finding it in the locker room, don't worry: you can use the smart panel, which will guide you to your locker.
Online bookings are available for stays of 6, 7 or 8 days, or for the full season. If you need a locker for 1 or 2 days, please enquire directly at the ticket office at the Lys gondola, subject to availability.
To open your locker and access the locker room, you will need a pass (rechargeable card). This can be the same card as your ski pass, which is particularly convenient so you don't forget it!
- If you already have a pass when making your online booking, simply enter its number and it will be ready to use.
- If you don't have a pass, don't worry: just indicate this when making your booking. You will receive an email with a QR code allowing you to collect your pass from a terminal.
Sharing your locker with your family? No problem! You can add several passes so that everyone can open the locker and access it independently.
You have two options:
- You can do it yourself using the smart panel in the locker room.
- You can ask the ticket office staff for assistance.
The smart panel is a terminal available in the locker room that allows you to:
- find your locker in the room;
- add passes so that several people can open the locker;
- change the pass linked to your locker. This can be useful if you use two different passes for your ski pass and locker: you can add the locker access to your ski pass;
- change lockers, subject to availability.
To carry out any of these actions, simply enter your locker number and the security code you received by email.
