Spacious studio (35 m2) sleeps 4. Exceptionally, the tenant can bring an extra bed (child's cot) to be installed in the living room, which allows for this (20 m2).

Entrance with 2 bunk beds 80x190, mattresses 14cm, and storage space, bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, separate fully-integrated kitchen (sink, fridge, dishwasher 10 place settings, 2-burner electric hob with hood, 20l microwave without tray, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans), living room separate from the bunks, with 2-person 140cm sofa bed, Rapido system, circular extensible table, chairs, cupboard, 81cm HD TV and cupboards. Balcony 5 m2 with view to the east (photo).
Recent double-glazed windows and doors (thermal and acoustic comfort). No carpets.

Electric heating with powerful radiant panels, large 200 l hot water tank.

After redoing the kitchen, bathroom, floors and window frames, we've now renewed all the bedding and installed a dishwasher, plus replaced the microwave with a new one.

The living room and dining room have recently been refurbished. Most recently: refurbishment of the living room and entrance walls for a bright apartment.
