This studio apartment, renovated in 2023, sleeps 4 and benefits from a parking space in the first basement of the residence.
It's ideally located for skiing, as you'll only have to cross the street to get to the gondola that takes you to the slopes, and you can keep an eye on how busy the gondola is from the balcony.
It's just a stone's throw from the town center, and the first shops and restaurants are less than 50m away. It's also around 300 m from the thermal baths, the rock thermal baths, the skating rink and the bus terminal.

For cures you benefit from very attractive rates ranging from 470 euros in spring or 520 euros from September, but also significant discounts in July and August (send me a message for booking at these rates).

Outside school vacations rental possible from 2 nights (to benefit from sliding-scale rates beyond 3 nights, send me a message).

The apartment is regularly renovated and maintained and the bedding is very comfortable (new "rapido" system sofa).

It consists of:

- ski room on the first floor of the residence.

The view overlooks the gondolas and the mountains (Reine Hortense and Pic Viscos).

Cleaning, bed linen and towels not provided but bed linen can be rented in Cauterets.
