APPARTEMENT T3 PIED DE PISTE RESIDENCE LE SERIAS - VERSANT PEYRESOURDE. We offer you the winter rental of a beautiful 44 m² apartment on the 1st floor of the Résidence Le Sérias (built in 2008) located on the Peyresourde slope.

It comprises:
- a kitchen opening onto a beautiful, bright living room with a 140*200 sofa bed,
- a spacious bedroom with a 140 bed and built-in closet,
- a mountain corner with 90 bunk beds,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a separate toilet,
- an entrance with closet and a pleasant balcony with unobstructed views of the mountains and the Louron valley. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Private indoor parking with direct elevator access (possibility of a 2nd parking space in the same parking lot at an additional cost).
Ideally located at the foot of the slopes. All services (shops, rentals, restaurants, ticketing, daycare, etc.) are on the building's ground floor. Supermarket, tobacconist's, bakery, ski school, are all in the immediate vicinity (approx. 50m). A closed ski cellar is available on the ground floor (R-1) with direct elevator access.

Rental equipment is available from the shopkeepers on the building's ground floor. A 20% discount will be granted on the rental price on presentation of the discount vouchers in the accommodation. Free storage of rented equipment.

Peyragudes is a dynamic resort located between 1600 and 2400 m altitude, renowned for the quality of its snow and its facilities, with a lively Snow Park offering more than 50 runs (on both slopes). A Nordic area for snowshoeing and dog sledding in the forest adjoining the village and the altiport.

The little extras:
