Mongie-Tourmalet residence, renovated 26m2 studio located at the foot of the slopes, with south-facing balcony and unobstructed view of the slopes.

You have a private storeroom located on the slope level (-4), right next to the elevators.

In the winter school vacation period, rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

Apartment for 5 people located on the 3rd floor:

Night area in the living room, possibility to isolate with a curtain.
Bathroom with WC and large double closet (shelves and closet)
Separate kitchen

The Accommodation:

La Parenthèse is located in the Mongie-Tourmalet Residence, from where you can ski out and go straight to the slopes.

Living area with TV
- sleeping area: a double sofa bed (BZ) (140 x 200), bunk beds: a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200)
- dining area: a rectangular table that can be reduced, 5 folding chairs, a two-door cupboard for crockery

Kitchenette separated from the living area by a door: fridge/freezer, microwave, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, double electric hob, sink.

Bathroom with bath, WC, washbasin, fan heater, hairdryer and large double closet with shelves and closet.

For each bed you'll find suitable comforters and pillows (2 comforters 220 x 240 and 1 140 x 200).
Towels, tea towels and bed linen are not provided

Traveler access:

A key box allows you to arrive and depart independently.

The residence is equipped with elevators.

For parking, you have a free outdoor parking lot at your disposal. It's 200m from the residence (P3).

In winter, there's a free shuttle bus to get you around the resort.

In winter, on the first floor of the residence, you'll find a shopping arcade with a mini-market, restaurants, bars, ticket office, equipment rental and local produce.

In the village, you'll find a mountain crossroads, a pharmacy, sports stores, restaurants, the gendarmerie, the tourist office and the departure point for the Pic du Midi cable car.
