Located on the Col du Tourmalet road, just 12 minutes from the La Mongie/Grand Tourmalet ski resort, this 50m2 apartment is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts (skiing, snowshoeing...) as well as for hikers, fishermen, cyclists and thrill-seekers in summer. Close to the Pic du Midi, the Payolle lake and a multitude of winter and summer activities, this accommodation will enable you to make the most of your stay and our beautiful region. What's more, for the ski season, a shuttle bus (the skibus) makes a stop with parking just 900 meters from the accommodation. And in summer, fans of the Tour de France will be able to admire it from the residence.

This garden-level apartment, located in a secure residence, can accommodate 6 to 8 people and comprises:
- A living room/kitchen with a 140/190 sofa bed.
- A bedroom with a 140/190 sleeper
- A bedroom with a 140/190 sleeper, two 90/190 sleepers (gigogne and mezzanine).
- One bathroom and WC.

Attention bed linen and towels not provided.

You will have at your disposal a room with a ski/fishing rod locker and a bike rack, a parking space but also a direct access to the fenced garden of the residence.
Pets accepted under condition of calm and cleanliness.

At 6 minutes you will find : Sainte Marie de Campan, supermarket, restaurants, cash dispenser.
11 minutes: Campan , bakery, doctor's surgery.
At 12 minutes you'll find : La Mongie : all shops (superettes, bakeries, pharmacy...)doctor's surgery in high season.
A 20 minutes you'll find : Bagnères-de-Bigorre: hospital, pharmacy, shopping centers, spa center...
