Ideally located at the foot of the slopes (in the Valnéa residence just 50 m from two chairlifts), "Le Montségu" is a 35m² apartment for 4-5 people (**** for 4 people), located on the second floor overlooking the Louron valley and the Arbizon massif, and decorated in a style that is both mountain and industrial. Ideal for 4 people, it can also accommodate a third child or two children under 6 thanks to a pull-out bed. This apartment features:

An 18.2 m² living room, with French windows opening onto the balcony, comprising:
......- a kitchen-dining area with fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, pressure cooker, electronic scale and a very complete set of crockery...),
......- a lounge area with sofa bed* 140×190, 43-inch (109 cm) UHD-4K connected TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, internet connection included (wifi + Ethernet), detailed documentation (welcome guide : practical life in the residence, in the resort and in the valley, winter and summer activities, in Peyragudes and in the region... - Documentation with numerous hiking itineraries...).
* As the sofa bed is our daily bedding, we chose a quality sofa bed, with a "rapido" system that's easy to handle (without removing the seat and back cushions), equipped with a slatted base and a 17 cm thick high-comfort mattress; all the comfort of a real bed!

A 7.2 m² bedroom separated from the living area by a glass roof equipped with blackout blinds, ideal for two or three children, with large French window opening onto the balcony, and comprising:
......- 2 bunk beds 90 × 190 (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6),
......- 1 trundle bed 90 × 190,
......- 1 closet.

5 m² bathroom: hydromassage shower, towel-drying radiator, hair dryer, washing machine, clotheshorse, toilet.

For baby: cot (folding bed + real mattress), highchair, baby bath, potty, toilet reducer.

Iron and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner.

10 m² balcony with garden furniture.

Ground-floor ski room: private ski locker with boot dryer (possibility of using an additional ski storage rack; in this case, provide a padlock).

Private parking space in the residence's basement garage.
Outside parking also available in the residence's own parking lot (subject to availability).

COMMERCES - SERVICES:
Direct access to the resort at the foot of the slopes: ski rental (including an INTERSPORT located on the first floor of the residence), mountain bike rental in summer, bakery-pastry shop (on the first floor of the residence in winter, 10 min walk away in summer), bars-restaurants, tabac-presse-souvenirs, mini-market... In winter: ski passes, ski school, nursery, toy library, doctor's surgery (downstairs).

201 IN PEYRAGUDES - WINTER SEASON:
- Skiing, of course (downhill or cross-country)! Resort altitude 1600-2400m. Snow guaranteed by 250 snow guns. 60 km of runs in a 1500-hectare area, on two slopes, including the beautiful "Vallée Blanche", or piste 007 in reference to the filming of "James Bond: Tomorrow Never Dies" shot in Peyragudes in 1997. 51 runs and 18 fast lifts.
- Family atmosphere.
- High-altitude restaurants.
- Numerous activities on offer at the resort (groomer rides and discovery of the ski area, dog sledding, igloo building, snowshoe outings...).
- Ski passes including the Skyvall gondola for access to the valley.

- In the valley, Balnéa: large spa area, not to be missed in the middle of your stay.

LE 201 À PEYRAGUDES - SAISON ÉTÉ:
- The advantage of staying at an altitude of 1600 m to withstand the summer heat....
- Summer activities in the resort: scooter and mountain bike hire; access to the pump track; lift up to the mountain bike play area and downhill buoy; four days a week, lift up to the top of the resort by chairlift for downhill mountain biking (possible as far as Loudenvielle with lift up by the Skyvall gondola, open every day).
- Hiking, of course! A wealth of hiking information is available for all levels, from family hikers to experienced hikers (at the resort, on the Luchon, Aure-Louron or Néouvielle side).
- Numerous activities available in the area: road cycling (and regular passage of the Tour de France over the Col de Peyresourde), trail, rando trekking, paragliding, accompanied hikes, cani-randos...
- Sites of tourist, cultural, industrial and environmental interest; a non-exhaustive selection is available.
- Leisure and sports facilities in the valley, around Lac de Génos (15-20 min by car or Skyvall gondola): Balnéa, open-air swimming pool, play park, pedalo/canoe hire...
