Located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building close to the famous tourtes de chez Gilou, this simple, functional apartment, although without an elevator, offers an unobstructed view from the living room of the Place du Cinéma, its emblematic building, and the surrounding mountains. You'll hear the soothing sound of the nearby Gave, adding to the natural charm of the place. Just a few steps from the esplanade and summer ambience.

The first level includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate living room overlooking the square, and a separate toilet. The main living room can also be used as a double bed thanks to BZ.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a cabin with two bunk beds (90 cm), and a functional bathroom.

A practical benefit: a cellar in the basement allows you to store bikes, suitcases and other equipment, while a ski locker is available for easy storage of your equipment.

This rental is not suitable for pets.

Arrivals arrive between 4pm and 6pm.
On arrival at the agency, bed linen and a small welcome gift are offered.
In case of arrival after 6pm, please contact us, we have a key box in front of the agency.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
