My apartment is in the Myrtilles 1 residence on the ground floor, with a south-facing terrace on the "boulevard des skieurs" slope facing the mountain and at the foot of the Pic de Piau chairlift. From the residence's ski locker, you can set off with skis or snowboards on your feet. For non-skiers, from the terrace or behind the bay window, your children in the snow or your friends are with you. No onlookers. Everything is just 2 mns away on foot, snowshoes or toboggan: Edeneo balneo center, daycare, ticket office, shops, medical center, pharmacy, restaurants... open in season.
The apartment comprises a main room with kitchen and BZ sofa bed for 2 people. Bay window with access to the terrace.
One bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds, with storage space. The upper beds are not suitable for children under 7 or adults weighing over 90kg. One of the lower beds can be fitted with a barrier available in the apartment and can accommodate a small child. USB sockets in bedroom.
1 bathroom with washbasin and large shower and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
You'll find 1 sink, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 filter coffee maker, 1 SENSEO coffee maker, 1 kettle, 1 dishwasher, 1 raclette machine, 1 toaster...
Free WiFi in the apartment and 4G mobile networks available with a good signal (except FREE, unavailable in Piau Engaly).
All beds have comforters. Additional blankets available.
To bring: fitted sheets, pillowcases, flat sheets or comforter covers. Linen, towels. Not included in rental price.
Complete housework must be done on departure. Thank you for the people who come after you. A supplement will be charged if the apartment is returned untidy or with incomplete cleaning.
The apartment was renovated in 2024, with new insulation. Adjustable electric heating.
A camping table and 4 outdoor chairs are available for enjoying a drink in the sun on the terrace, facing the mountains and the slope.
Skis, snowboards and boots are not allowed in the apartment. A ski locker is at your disposal.
I will send you a pass to park your car in nearby parking lots P2, P3 and P4, for the duration of your stay. This pass allows you to park in front of myrtilles 1 for 45 minutes, while you unload your car. Access to Pieu Engaly also possible by bus from Saint Lary Soulan in season. See the tourist office.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Pets are not accepted.
