Studio located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator. Surface area 26 m2, facing south-east. Living room with 140cm rapido sofa bed, small storage cupboard, 1 TV and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all you need for cooking. Collective Wifi.
At the entrance, a small storage cupboard, 2 single bunk beds and storage drawers. Access to shower room with separate WC.

Pet package: 40 euros
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
