As soon as you arrive, you’ll have access to a private underground garage, a ski storage room located just before the apartment entrance, and plenty of storage space. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building B.

On the ground floor, an entryway with storage leads to a bright living room that opens onto a balcony furnished with two chairs—ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee while admiring the mountains. The small, fully equipped kitchen also offers a pleasant view of the heated pool and the surrounding peaks. It features a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster oven, a microwave, two stovetop burners, and a Senseo coffee maker. A separate half-bath completes this level. The living room features a sofa that converts into a 160 cm bed.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a 180-cm double bed, offering a magnificent, unobstructed view of the mountains—with no buildings directly across—for a gentle wake-up. A second bedroom is furnished with two 70-cm single beds, ideal for children. A bathroom with a toilet completes the upper level.

The residence is located right next to the Théâtre de la Nature, tennis and padel courts, the pump track, the skate park, and several children’s playgrounds. It also offers easy walking access to the Lys gondola lifts, downtown, its shops, restaurants, and the famous Cauterets thermal baths.
