Les 3 Neiges – Your retreat in the heart of the Pyrenees

Make yourself at home in a comfortable, bright 60 m² apartment on the first floor of a small residence, nestled in one of Cauterets’ most popular neighborhoods. Between the lively town center and the tranquility of Old Cauterets, you’ll enjoy an ideal location to make the most of your mountain getaway.

Designed to accommodate families and groups of friends, the apartment features a pleasant living area with a living room and open kitchen—perfect for sharing meals after a day of skiing, hiking, or relaxing at the thermal baths. It includes two bathrooms with two separate toilets.
Three beautiful bedrooms:
-Two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200).
-One bedroom with four single beds (90 x 190).

As for amenities, everything has been provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible:
Two secure lockers for ski or hiking gear.
A private parking space located at the base of the gondolas, at the Marcadau residence.
A dual-aspect apartment located on the second floor of a charming residence.
Washer-dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, Krups and Senseo coffee makers, and baby equipment (crib, booster seat, high chair).

Everything is within easy walking distance from the apartment: shops, restaurants, thermal baths, the Lys gondola, Bains du Rocher, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and hiking trails are all just a few minutes away.

In both winter and summer, Les 3 Neiges is an ideal starting point for exploring the exceptional landscapes of the Pyrenees National Park and enjoying everything Cauterets has to offer.

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Upon your arrival at the agency, bed liners and a small welcome gift are provided.
If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact us; we have a key box in front of the agency.
Not included: Linens and bedding; these can be rented in advance—please contact us for more information.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the property at the end of their stay.
