Need to get away from it all? L'Austral and Le Boréal (two adjoining apartments) welcome you to the heart of the village of La Mongie and the Grand Tourmalet ski resort. Luxury 4-star apartments in the new "Chalet des étoiles" residence.

Spacious and bright, these two 57 m² and 117 m² apartments at the foot of the ticket office and the Pic du Midi cable car station are the ideal cocoon to relax in after a beautiful day in the mountains.
Located on the second floor with elevator, the Austral and Boréal each have a covered parking space and a ski locker with integrated boot dryer.

Le Boréal features a spacious entrance with two large closets.

On your right:
- A bright living room with a convertible corner sofa, table soccer and flat-screen TV, plus a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen to suit every taste, winter or summer: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream, raclette and fondue machine, waffle maker, blender etc.

On your left, a large corridor leads to the sleeping area, which features:
- An alcove with bunk beds
- Two bedrooms with two 90*200 beds, dressing room and TV
- A master bedroom with a 140*200 bed, dressing room, TV, bathroom with bath and toilet
- A bathroom with shower
- A toilet.
